Terms and Conditions
All new products supplied by Cian’s Tech World come with a full manufactures warranty. Original receipt, packaging and accessories must be returned with the product.
All refurbished phones come with a 90-day warranty.
The warranty does not cover the following
- Physical damage (Voids Warranty unless repaired by Cian’s Tech World)
- Liquid damage
- Misuse of the product
- Software related issues due to third party downloads
- Data loss
- Unauthorised repairs by third parties
- The following consumable parts batteries and charging docks are items that will derogate over the life of the product and are only covered for 30 Days
- The following logic board level repairs such as u2 and baseband chips are not covered by our warranty as this is caused by using non-certified plugs, leads, car chargers, power banks, battery covers etc.
- Signal Issues due to network coverage / issues is not covered.
In the event of a warranty claim Cian’s Tech World will repair your product in store or send to a third-party repair centre. If in the event that we cannot readily or economically repair your product, you will be issued a credit note to obtain a replacement product in store at the current value of your product at the time of warranty claim.
Cian’s Tech World cannot be held responsible for any repair work done to products that have previously been repaired in an unauthorised repair centre and warranty will be voided immediately.
However, in the event of damage to a product bring in store for repair and the warranty will be fully instated once more to the full completion date of your warranty.
